Shark Jaw Necklace
The Shark Jaw Necklace is both ferocious and very delicate. These are actual jaws from a small Spinner Shark, suspended between doubled antique-brass chains.
Jaws are slightly flexible, as shark skeletons are actually cartilage, not bone. At 19", it sits just below the collarbone, and looks stunning on bare skin.
Each set of jaws is unique - average size is 2” wide x 1” tall.
These jaws belonged to a Spinner Shark that was harvested for food. We utilize the byproducts but do not harvest sharks for jewelry.
